rpics otavalo market

Businesswomen all.
The ATM - toughest ticket in town.

If you can´t get it here they don´t make it. A Swiss woman said she could buy anything that was in this market in Switzerland. Pig feet bota bags????

A family business.

She ain´t from around these parts - or she´s trying to start a new fashion trend.

Hmmm. Do you think this makes me look fat?

Can you hear me now?

The animal market was the most fun. Videos are better - with the Ol´ MacDonald sound track.

Cattle market the biggest attraction.

The Anne Guerin of Ecuador.

Yes, that´s a pile of live guinea pigs.

Pigs are big - literally......

....alive or otherwise

as are pigtails - particularly with the guys.

This entrepreneur walked up to Dana and started talking to her in English. Turns out a woman from Colorado had taught her some English, which she uses as an entre - successfully as it turns out - D bought this scarf.

Bet she changes clothes for soccer.

Fashion starts young.

  2. I loved the color of Otavalo 30+ years ago and the air was beautiful. Never saw the livestock part---looks neat.
